Lavender Essential oil
Anxious feelings: apply to the inner wrists and neck
Sleep: apply to wrists, inhale the oil from your wrists until you can't smell it anymore (may take about 5-10 deep breaths), may also apply to the bottoms of the feet
tired achy feet: epsom salt foot soak
prayer time: diffuse 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil
cuticle oil: lavender, lemon, and rosemary essential oil, vit E, jojoba oil: apply generously and massge over cuticles
