Prayer for Safe Travel
Lord, keep your arms around those traveling for the medical mission with Dr Wilson. Watch over them, Lord, as they help God's children, being the hands and feet of Jesus.

Instructions for using Peppermint:
1. Open the lid and smell directly from the bottle for MOTION SICKNESS.
2. Add 1 drop of peppermint to the toilet before sitting on the toilet if CONSTIPATED.
3. Add 1 drop of peppermint to 1 tsp of any fatty oil like olive oil or coconut oil, and apply to the temples for a TENSION HEADACHE. (avoid getting oil in eyes, if it does, add milk to eyes to dilute).
4. Add 1 drop of peppermint to olive oil and apply to the neck if feeling OVERHEATED.
5. Add 1 drop of peppermint to olive oil and apply over sinuses for NASAL CONGESTION.
6. 1 drop on tongue to FRESHEN BREATH.
7. Add 1 drop on thumb, then press thumb to the roof of the mouth for a HEADACHE.
8. Inhale the peppermint from the bottle for FOCUS or to WAKE UP if feeling drowsy.
9. Add a few drops to a cotton ball and place the cotton ball where you need to DETER ANTS
10. Peppermint Tea: dip a toothpick into the peppermint bottle and swirl in hot water. Repeat with new toothpick until desired peppermint strength. Add honey to sweeten tea as desired.

Instructions for using Digize essential oil blend:
1. Dilute 1-2 drops digize with 1 drop peppermint with olive oil, and apply the the tummy for an UPSET STOMACH (ex. diarrhea, constipation, indigestion)
2. Drop 1 drop under the tongue for quick relief of NAUSEA or VOMITING.
3. Drop 1 drop in a glass of water for UPSET STOMACH.
4. Using a vegetable capsule, add 2-3 drops digize and 1 drop peppermint, drink with a glass of water. May take up to 3 times a day while traveling to keep the TUMMY HAPPY.
